Full name - Tera : The Exiled Realm of Arborea
The game is created by Bluehole studio - old L2 team what leaved NC soft.

I don't know when game will be realized in EU and US. Right know was just 2x korean closed beta and one US/UE closed beta... soon will be 3rd korean closed beta.
